Florida SKP Resort Reservations
- We are an Escapee Park and you must be an Escapee member to stay here.
- Reservations are accepted on all available sites except Dry Camping.
- Reservations for the Fall/Winter 2024-2025 season will be accepted beginning April 22, 2024, at 9:00 am. Reservations can be made up to the end of April of the following year.
- To make a reservation, call (863) 735-1499 and provide the information and credit card payment at that time.
- Reservations are not confirmed until the Park has received payment or credit card information.
- A 100% deposit is required for reservations of less than thirty (30) nights. Reservations for greater than twenty-nine (29) nights require a one (1) month deposit. Your deposit will be applied to your last thirty (30) night stay. Your first thirty (30) night rental will be due on your scheduled arrival date.
- Guests should make reservations by phone as we need your credit card information/payment to confirm the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- A refund (minus a $100 cancellation fee) is provided if the cancellation occurs more than thirty-one (31) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- A 50% refund is provided for cancellation within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- There will be no refund for cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
NOTE: Member’s sites are used as rental lots. Members may return to their sites with eight (8) days prior notice. Rental guests may be moved to another available site if the member returns.
