If you have a question about your Escapees Club membership, call (833) 224-6267 Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern
THE BEST way to contact is by email clubbusiness@escapees.com.
If you need to renew, ask them to call back so they can take your payment information. At the same time, get assistance in creating an account online.
DO NOT CONTACT HARVEST HOST about your Escapees RV Club Membership. They may overcharge by $100 to bundle an Escapees club membership with a Harvest Host membership
A new membership card or renewal will NOT come in the mail. THE PREFERRED RENEWAL PROCESS IS ONLINE. You can keep your credit card information online and flag your Escapees Club account for automatic renewal. The system will correspond automatically via e-mail.
If your membership lapses 30 days, it may be removed from the system.
If you want to mail in a check, your account will be updated once it’s received, and a receipt can be sent via email but not by USPS. The amount is $49.95 per year. Write on your calendar when to send the check next year.

Provide your name, SKP #, phone number, physical address, and email address in all correspondence.
Take a photo of the letter with the check for your records. Watch for the check to clear on your banking statement.
There is also a very helpful tool available on the Escapees.com page. Click the little bubble in the lower right-hand corner to get assistance 24 hours a day. If an agent is not online, the data robot HARVEY may have what is needed.
